Calling all furbabies and their owners! Do you want to be crowned ‘best’ in class?
We know Water Orton loves its dogs, so what better way to celebrate our faithful friends than to parade them around our Dog Show Arena and be in with a chance of them being recognised as Best in Class?
During Water Orton Carnival on 15th June, we will have 6 classes for the village’s poochies to be entered into, plus Best in Show:
- Best puppy (12 weeks to 1 year old)
- Best oldie (over 7 years old)
- Best rescue (any age)
- Best bitch (any age)
- Best dog (any age)
- Waggiest tail (any age)
- Best in Show (open to all winners of the other classes)
There will be a prize for each class winner, 2nd and 3rd and a trophy for Best in Show.
There will be a maximum of 20 entries per class, so please do register early to avoid disappointment. Each entry will be £2 per dog per class. Registration will open at 12 noon on Carnival Day at the Dog Show Arena and will be on a first come, first served basis.
Timings:
- Best puppy (12 weeks to 1 year old) – 13.00
- Best oldie (over 7 years old) – 13.30
- Best rescue (any age) – 14.00
- Best bitch (any age) – 14.30
- Best dog (any age) – 15.00
- Waggiest tail (any age) – 15.30
- Best in Show (open to all winners of the other classes and judged in the Main Arena) – 16.10
