Our 4th Black Tie Ball and Golf Day will be held on Saturday 11th May, once again sponsored by our friends at Northfield Construction. Both events to be held at West Midlands Golf Club (Barston Lakes), Solihull B92 0LB. The evening will include a 3 course meal followed by a live covers band, Mother Popcorn. All proceeds will go towards the sustaining of the Carnival and to bursaries to local voluntary organisations.
Event Details
Both the Black Tie Ball and the Golf Day take place on Saturday 11th May. The cost for the ball is £37.00 per head to include a 3 course meal and a live band, whilst the Golf Day will be also be £37.00, to include a bacon roll and coffee on registration.
Dress code for the ball is black tie for the gents and dress to impress for the ladies – the perfect excuse for a new outfit!
Best of all, there’s no need to worry about how you’re getting to the ball and back, because you can choose to be collected from either The Digby or The Dog by coach and dropped back at the same place at the end of the evening at an additional cost of £10.00 per person. Coaches will collect at approximately 6:45 pm and drop off around 1:15 am. Whether you go by coach or make your own way there, we would ask that you are seated for food by 7:30 pm.
The golf day and the black tie ball are separate events, so you can come to either, or both if you prefer!

To secure your ticket for the Ball or Golf Day, you can either choose to pay a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person, or pay the full amount now.
If paying a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by 5th February and payment can only be made by cash or bank transfer. If paying in full, you can use Bank Transfer, Cash or pay online using Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
